Mortlach 威士忌呈献 THE MIDNIGHT SECRETS 沉浸式体验将于 2 月 10 日 至 3 月 15 日于 K11 Musea 隆重登场，带来一场结合艺术和历史的多重感官体验之旅。届时不单可探 索 Mortlach 源于苏格兰斯佩赛 (Speyside) 丰富野性的独特气息，更可了解品牌独创的「2.81 次蒸馏工艺」。亚历山大 ‧ 考威博士 (Dr. Alexander Cowie) 于 Dufftown 独创的蒸馏过程源自 1823 年，以超越传 统的酿制秘方带领威士忌迈向全新维度，沿用至今 120 多年来一直保持不变，带来无可比拟的醇厚口感。
THE MIDNIGHT SECRETS 沉浸式体验共分为三个部份，来宾将会逐步探索 Mortlach 的醉人魅力，释放午夜过后令人难以忘怀的真我个性。
二楼 Gold Ball
步进 Gold Ball 展览空间，随即由 K11 Art Foundation 合作艺术家刘佳玉创作的沉浸式数码艺术装置 「Layer Upon Layer」 带领来宾进入 Mortlach 的神秘探索之旅。 Mortlach 封藏百年未解之迷所启发的 数码艺术创作融合了现实与虚拟，演绎虚实之间的一步之遥。来宾可在引人入胜的艺术展览中了解 Mortlach 最大的秘密，即独创的「2.81 次蒸馏工艺」;更可透过特设的 Instagram 滤镜分享体验，在斯佩赛的氛围中展现内心野兽的呼唤。

每位来宾将会奉上一杯 Mortlach 2.81 系列 12 年单一麦芽威士忌延续诱人之旅，细味威士忌释放出野 兽般的醇厚风味，深入探索 Mortlach 迷人、大胆的非凡魅力。
地下 Artisan Lounge
多重感官的难忘体验以与 Artisan Lounge 合作的 Mortlach 2.81 调制鸡尾酒搭配达到高潮。来宾可品尝2.81 份咸味 (鱼子酱小多士) 或甜味 (柑橘慕丝球) 美点，搭配以夜深人静为灵感的 Mortlach 鸡尾酒 The Wee Witchie’s Perfume 或 The Beast’s Throne ，向独特的蒸馏过程致敬。(套餐每位 HK$268) 推广期内凡于 K11 Musea 五楼 Liquid Gold 购买任何一支 Mortlach 威士忌，即可于 Artisan Lounge 换领 Mortlach 2.81 调制鸡尾酒套餐乙份。

MORTLACH BRINGS “THE MIDNIGHT SECRETS” IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE TO K11 MUSEA
Inspired by the dark side of Speyside, the multi-sensory journey explores the depths of the Mortlach brand through a three-part experience combining art, history, and bold flavours
“The Midnight Secrets” by Mortlach brings the dark side of Speyside to K11 Musea with an immersive experience blending art, history and scintillating flavours, from 10 February to 15 March 2023. Registration begins today.

Mortlach brings a provocative immersive journey, titled “The Midnight Secrets”, to K11 Musea from 10 February to 15 March, transporting discoverers to the dark side of Speyside, highlighting the brand’s origins and the unique, unconventional 2.81 distillation method which releases the vibrant, beastly profile. Creating new dimensions of bold, the distillation process created in 1823 in Dufftown by Dr. Alexander Cowie has been unchanged and celebrated as Speyside’s boldest whisky for over 120 years.
Discerning discoverers are invited to explore the unknown through a three-part Mortlach immersive journey designed to unleash their midnight alter ego.
The Gold Ball, 2/F
Discoverers begin their journey by viewing an immersive digital art installation “Layer upon Layer” inside the Gold Ball created by K11 Art Foundation artist, Jiayu Liu. Inspired by the mysteries of Mortlach, the artwork acts as a portal between real and virtual, physical and digital. Visitors are made privy to Mortlach’s best kept secret, the 2.81 distillation process, arousing their palate in anticipation of tasting the rich, bold whisky. The AR Instagram Filter can seamlessly share the experience, revealing their inner beast amid the River Spey.
Mortlach Pop – Up Bar
The midnight pop-up invites discoverers to delve into the depths of the entrancing, bold Single Malts. Next on the tantalising journey will be a tasting for the 12-year-old 2.81 distilled Mortlach Single Malt whisky, unleashing a beastly, bold flavour upon first sip.
Artisan Lounge, G/F
The exclusive experience culminates with a Mortlach 2.81 Cocktail Pairing, in partnership with Artisan Lounge, in homage to the distinctive 2.81 distillation process. Two sets will be on offer, and discoverers will be invited to try 2.81 pieces of savoury or sweet canapés perfectly paired with a Mortlach cocktail inspired by the dead of the night (set valued at HKD268/person). A luxurious treat for the palate, The Wee Witchie’s Perfume cocktail is paired with the Mandarin Mousse Balls and The Beast’s Throne cocktail is paired with the Caviar Toast Bite. With the purchase of any single bottle of Mortlach at Liquid Gold, located on the 5/F, discoverers can redeem a 2.81 canape set at Artisan Lounge exclusively during the exhibition period.
Rich on the nose and palate, Mortlach’s rich and bold profile is a combination of delicate malty, floral and fruity, heavy and meaty. It packs a punch upon the first sip and lingers for a smooth finish. The Mortlach 12-Year-Old expresses its bold nature on the palate, while the Mortlach 16-Year-Old brings darker, richer caramel notes and earthiness to match its primal characteristics. Both of which will be available for tasting (Mortlach 12-Years at HKD108/glass and 16-Years at HKD148/glass). Such bold flavours have earned Mortlach the name of being the “Beast of Dufftown”.
